• Swipe your VIP card daily and earn $1.00 in point's value.
• Collect receipts from our participating speciality stores. Receipts can be added together to total redemption value.
• Redeem your gift from showcase with receipts to twice the value of the gift, together with the same value of $ points on your VIP card. For example spend $100 have 100 points and receive a $50.00 prize.

Once you have accumulated enough $ points and receipts to the same $ value to receive a gift from the showcase, simply redeem your points and go to the Centre Management office to claim your gift.

To check your points

1. Touch the green Points Redeem symbol at the top left hand side of the screen

2. Swipe your card

3. Enter your PIN number which is 0.

4. Your points will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen in red

5. Make sure you clear the screen after checking your points

To redeem your points

1. Follow steps 1 - 4

2. Enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. Then press ENTER.

3. A ticket will be printed.

Take your ticket and receipts to the Centre Management office between 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday to claim your gift.

Photo ID must be shown when claiming prize. All members must be 16 years or older to join

To join The City Plaza VIP Club, simply fill in the below details, press send and we'll send you your VIP Membership. For those who live within the Tamworth postcode, you will be able to collect your card from Payless Shoes by 4pm the following business day
